If you’re ready to landscape your home now or sometime in the future, Dayton Nurseries has all the design help and materials you will need to give your home that professional landscape look. Since 1973, Dayton’s has offered a wide variety of plant material including trees, shrubs, roses and vines as well as over 800 varieties of perennials, mulches, fertilizers, pots, water garden supplies, and greenhouses bursting in spring with annual flowers and lush hanging baskets.
Advice and know-how to make your investment grow thrives at Dayton Nurseries as the plant business is our only business. Not only does our advice pertain to landscaping, but covers the areas of lawn problems, insects and disease, fertilizing, proper trimming and much more!
Dayton’s offers the following approaches for landscape design: Landscape Design Kit
Just fill out our kit according to the easy to follow instructions and bring or mail it back to the nursery in order for one of our experienced designers to complete. Cost — $50 Request a design kit. Home visit by one of our designers
One of our designers will meet with you, take photographs, measure and complete your design back at the nursery. Cost — minimum $100 fee with ultimate cost that will be discussed by our designer who can estimate design work time. Both the landscape design kit and the home visit include a complete estimate of materials and/or labor with and accompanying appointment so that the design can be explained and the actual plants and materials viewed.

Design and materials are not the only items that Dayton Nursery can supply, but delivery is free for purchases of $400 or more in most instances. We will even space your plants for you to make it easier to implement your plan. Installation is available as well as design by landscape professionals. We also offer a very good planting service for a reasonable fee. Please keep in mind that we are not a landscape company, we offer this service for our customers convenience.
Installed trees & shrubs have a full one year warranty of free replacement.
Installed Perennials & Roses carry a 90 day full warranty.
There is no warranty on annuals.
Landscapers, Lawn Service businesses and the like shall receive a 15% discount on non-net items. Annuals and items on sale are examples of net items. Landscapers that call ahead at least 24 hours can have orders pulled & ready for pick-up. We highly recommend taking advantage of this to ensure faster & more accurate service.
For new accounts or cash purchases, a landscape discount can be given with proper ID consisting of:
A vendors license in the name of the lawn care, landscape company.
A nursery stock dealer’s license.
New accounts will need credit approval before 30 day credit can be granted. (back to top)
