what is the best way to ready my pampass grass for spring .? I have some pampass that were planted at my getaway home on the Sunshine coast , near Vancouver Bc , which is a temperate climate , similiar to the west coast Seattle climate , mild but damp winnters .. do i cut the pampass grass back now before spring ? thanks , please respond to [email protected]
