hi, I have a pampas grass that was split from its orginial base and given to me in late May/June. It has not done anything at all in my garden, no new shoots are growing – I have been told that it may start growing in autumn or spring because it has been disturbed, I keep it watered and have watched it to see if any shoots start to appear – is it dead? or will it start shooting soon? any advice will be appreciated. I dont want to dig it up as I would like to think it is established and will survive. thanks
