Climbing Hydrangea
Hydrangea anomala –  Best grown in well-drained soil in a part shade area.  Will cling and climb via aerial rootlets, attaching itself to many types of surfaces to help it climb. Once established, this vine is quite busy and will require a strong support structure. Can be particularly effective grown against walls (brick, stone or wood) where it can cling and grow vertically. Can also be grown on other types of structures such as arbors, fences, trunks or trees or sprawled along walls, or grown as a ground cover.
