- A lecture in the perspectives of multimedia storytelling and a qualified take on how technology and recession changed photojournalism forever.
- An insight into cross-platform journalism and how to approach markets and clients.
2.PLANNINGa web documentary is essential. We will teach you how to approach that serious piece of visual journalism that you have in mind. We can teach you how to:
- Prepare your interviews and locations.
- Set up workflows and outline rough storyboards.
- Prepare shotlists and equipment.
3.SHOOTINGis one of hardest yet most rewarding parts of multimedia production. We can teach you how to:

- Compress your raw material into an Apple friendly codec and setup Final Cut Pro/Express.
- Edit audio with an external audio editing software like Audacity, Soundbooth or Hindenburg Journalist.
- Storyboard the entire story before you actually start on the edit – a real time saver and an extremely rewarding process.
- Log and transfer your audio/video files and work on the timeline on your edit.
- Create stunning motion graphics and interactivity in basic Flash and After Effects.
5.FEEDBACKis of extreme importance. We always spend a lot of time on judging the work produced in the most constructive way. All students and participants on our workshops recieve a written, personal and motivated feedback on their work.
