Our first Flash production (BEWARE the graphics show!) produced back in 2005 tells the story of a spate of suicides that took place in the small community of Ardoyne in the outskirts of Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Over the course of only 6 weeks in 2003/2004, more than 13 young kids took their own lives. In this story you will hear about three of these kids – Anthony O’Neill, Bernard Cairns and Phillip McTaggart.
The story won the multimedia prize at the Danish POY 2005 and was awarded a 2nd place in NPPA Best of Photojournalism 2005
